Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms and Hotel, Very kind and helpful Reception & Front Office Staff. Beautiful View from my 7th-floor room. Fantastic Breakfast all kinds of variety from Western to Indonesian, and local Yogyakarta food. Covid secure environment . I am particularly indebted to the Night Manager Mr. Rahmat who kindly picked me up from the station at 3.55 AM, advised me about local travels, etc & looked after me thereafter. Mr. Rahmat was a kind man indeed. As I checked out Mr. Rifqi from reception was also kind and sent me off with a box of Breakfast Pasteries for my onward train journey. We cannot ask for any more kindness. I am a happy guest and a happy customer.

The location was close to Ambarrukmo Plaza. There is a bridge connecting the hotel and the mall, although keep in mind that it's open for public use, not oy private for hotel guests. The room is relatively small but quite comfortable. The breakfast are good. The best part of the hotel are the people working there. They are all attentive, professional and helpful. A big thank you for the reception who managed to give us connecting rooms even in the last minute request.

It could not be better. Breakfast was the best indonesia has to offer. I ate so many good food without the risk of getting sick. Hotel was new, rooms and everything was perfect. Also it is just next to a huge mall, you can find anything you need. I wish i could stay in this hotel in every city i visited.

The location is very good especially the connecting bridge to Ambarrukmo Plaza which provides a comfortable path to find the food stalls, restaurants, shops. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty and delicious with various menus. The room was comfortable and fairly big.

The hotel is conveniently located right near Royal Ambarukmo and Plasa Ambarukmo Mall. The only downside is that there is a noticeable smell of smoke in the room. It's perplexing how smoking is permitted in rooms with air conditioning.
